Rachel and Marshall

Over the weekend, Elise and I were in Washington D.C. to photograph Rachel and Marshall's wedding at the National Museum of Women in the Arts.  It was GORGEOUS, and we had a fabulous time documenting their day.  Here are a few of my favorite images.

Rachel's beautiful bouquet.

The reminder on Marshall's iPhone.

The ladies. . .

. . . and the guys.

Their guests sat and stood in a circle around the couple as they were married.

My favorite shot of the day.

Their first dance.

The live band kept almost everyone on the floor for the entire evening.

Marshall was so happy to be married to Rachel, and it showed!

It was an wonderful evening, and everyone had a great time.  Thank you, Rachel and Marshall, for allowing us to be part of your day.

D.C., Baby!

Elise and I are in Washington D.C. this weekend to photograph the wedding of Rachel and Marshall.  We spent yesterday walking around seeing the monuments and generally having a great time.  Here are a few of my photos from the day.

Here are Elise and I in front of the Lincoln Memorial.

This is the World War II Monument, which is amazing.  There are two sets of columns, one on each side of a gorgeous fountain.  Each column has a name of a state or territory engraved on it.

And here is Cinnamon, who was with her owners at the Lincoln Memorial.  She apparently had her hair done for the occasion.  I'm not sure how you would go about dying a dog's hair, or even if you should, but she was working that color!
